The large frame 'Classic Hunter,' a stainless steel double-action revolver chambered in 10mm, manufactured circa 1998-2001. Features a brushed finish, 6 1/2" barrel, shrouded ejector rod, full underlug, serrated top rib, partridge front sight with brass insert, micrometer click adjustable rear sight with white outline, non-fluted six-shot cylinder, smooth curved target trigger, target hammer, checkered hammer spur, round butt N target frame, and two-piece finger-grooved hardwood grips with S&W insignias. Revolver's original stainless finish retained is approximately 98% with modest handling marks and a light drag line on the cylinder. Action is smooth with tight lock-up. The bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder looks excellent. The metal displays no deformation, but there is a small undetermined blemish on the front of the underlug. Wood grips are in excellent condition with only one small dark spot on the left side by the cylinder release. Includes the original factory hard case with documents, and lock.
